Knapheide Mechanics Trucks are complete turnkey packages that mechanics need and come to expect in a service truck.
All Mechanics Trucks from Knapheide feature a crane to perform the lifting, heavy duty mechanics drawers for organized tool storage and ample and secure storage within the side compartments. Choose from a variety of crane body lengths, electric or hydraulic cranes, compressors, welders, generators, lube packages and auxiliary lighting.
The KMT1 Mechanics Truck combines Knapheide’s rugged Crane Bodies with top-notch cranes, compressors and other equipment to create a turnkey field maintenance solution. The KMT1 is designed to handle crane load capacities of up to 7,500 lbs., and is built to last longer and perform stronger than the competition.
Knapheide’s KMT2 Mechanics Trucks are able to service a wide variety of equipment in many different vocations, from mines to construction sites to agricultural fields and more. A unique torq-isolator crane support system transfers lift forces into the torsion box understructure and not the body.
Boasting a maximum lift capacity of 14,000 lbs. and commonly utilized to service some of the largest and heaviest mining and construction equipment in the world, the KMT3 Mechanics Truck from Knapheide is constructed of rugged steel along with a reinforced, innovative crane compartment and understructure.
The Knapheide Saw Body Truck is designed with the heavy concrete contractor in mind, providing efficient transport, support, and storage of heavy concrete saws and equipment used for slab and flat cutting. Additionally, a Dhollandia Cantilever lift gate with a 3300 lb. capacity and a 57” platform allows for simpler loading and unloading of concrete saws and supporting equipment. Compartments are designed for specific storage for items such as saw blades, hoses, cords, etc.
The preferred choice of those in the concrete industry, the Saw Body is built to withstand everything you can throw at it on the jobsite.
KNAPHEIDE SAW BODIES
Organization is important, that’s why Knapheide’s Service Bodies compartments come standard with adjustable shelving and can be customized with a variety of storage options. Our double-panel door construction combined with automotive rotary latches keeps your equipment and tools secure and safe.
FUEL LUBE TRUCKS
Knapheide Fuel Lube Trucks feature a flexible design to accommodate a variety of product tank and reel cabinet configurations. Choose an open product tank area for fair weather applications or enclosed product tank area for cold weather environments.
Your Knapheide Lube Truck can be equipped with or without a dedicated fuel tank of up to 2,000 gallons, along with product tanks ranging in capacity from 50 gallons up to 250 gallons for salvage fluid collection or fresh fluid dispensing. Count on a Knapheide Fuel Lube Truck to get the job done and allow you to move on to the next.
The KFLT1 Fuel Lube Truck has a 1,000 gallon fuel tank along with various product tank sizes for new and salvage oils, coolants and anti-freeze. Choose an open KFLT1 design for service in warm weather environments or enclosed design in cold weather climates, along with a split or solid rear reel cabinet.
